We are unable to accept returns for any personalised or made to order items, unless the item is faulty. If an item requires redelivery to you we are not liable for this cost. A recharge of delivery will be required if you missed delivery and failed to collect from your local sorting office. Any missing/damaged/incorrect items from your order must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt of your parcel. Claims after that period will not be honoured. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item, please contact us and we will be happy to resolve any issues you have. For any non-personalised orders, you have the right, under the distance selling act to refuse/return an unwanted item within 7 days. The 7 day period begins on the day of delivery. We are not liable for the delivery and return postage for your item(s). If you received an item that is incorrect or faulty you must notify us upon receiving your order within the indicated time scale. Postage will only be covered by us if a redelivery or new item needs to be sent due to our error. If goods are received damaged from the courier then please contact us with the evidence of the packaging and product. This can be sent via email or message us on our social media sites. Once we receive this evidence we will be able to replace your item(s).
